1. Use of Our Services
- You must provide accurate information while creating an account.
- You agree not to misuse, copy, or resell any course materials, videos, PDFs, or content.
- All content is provided for educational purposes only.
2. Course Access
- Access to courses is granted only to the registered student.
- Sharing login details, recordings, or course materials is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
- Fees must be paid in advance for enrollment.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Refunds are allowed only as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- No refunds for completed classes, digital content, or after the student has accessed the course materials.
5. Scheduling & Class Cancellation
- We may reschedule classes due to unavoidable situations.
- Students must inform us 24 hours before if they are unable to attend a class.
6. Intellectual Property
- All Qur’an lessons, Tajweed materials, worksheets, recordings, graphics, and course content belong to IqraExpert.
- Unauthorized distribution is not allowed.
7. Student Conduct
- Respectful behavior is required at all times with teachers.
- Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide educational services on a best-effort basis.
IqraExpert is not responsible for:
- Internet issues
- Technical problems
- Device failure
