Is there a free trial class — really no payment required?
Yes — completely free, no card details required, no commitment. Book a session, attend a full live class with a qualified Ustad, and then decide whether to continue. If you choose not to enroll, you owe absolutely nothing.
What is the difference between One-on-One and Group classes?
One-on-One sessions give your child a dedicated Ustad for entirely personalised Sabaq and individual attention — the Ustad corrects every mistake in real time. Group classes include up to 3 students per batch, adding peer motivation and interactive Muqabla-style learning. Both follow our certified Madrasa-quality curriculum.
Can I change my plan or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime with just 7 days notice before your next billing date. No penalties, no lock-in contracts, no questions asked.
Do you offer sibling or family discounts?
Yes. The Premium Family Package covers up to 5 family members in one plan — already built-in savings of up to 50% per member versus individual enrollment. For custom family arrangements or sibling pricing, WhatsApp us at +91 93599 51016 and we will build a plan that works for your household.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian payment methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and credit or debit cards. International students outside India can pay via bank transfer or card. All payments are processed securely.
What if my child misses a class due to illness or travel?
Life happens — we understand. Missed classes can be rescheduled or made up within the same month, up to 3 times on standard plans (unlimited on Premium Family). Simply inform your Ustad or our team on WhatsApp in advance and we will arrange a makeup session.
Is my enrollment rate locked — will fees increase later?
Yes — your enrollment rate is locked in for as long as you maintain an active subscription. Once you enroll at the current promotional rate, we will never increase your fee. Your plan simply renews at the same price each month.
Do you offer female teachers for sisters at the same price?
Yes. A certified Alima from our Sisters Private Classes programme is available at the same pricing as a male Ustad — no additional charge. All plans include the option to request a female teacher, and for sisters this is the default.
